New construction of 6 industrial warehouses in Sant Just Desvern. An old metallurgical industrial warehouse was demolished for the construction of 6 new warehouses, with a prefabricated concrete structure, enclosures, corrugated metal façades and roofing and skylights. The interior plot shared by the 6 warehouses and the individual plots for each of the warehouses with the public highway were developed and adapted, using access staircases and ramps.
